Arrive prepared and on time. First impressions and professional conduct are assessed from the moment you walk through the door.
Late arrival affects your attendance record. Three late arrivals may be treated as an absence. Absences affect your eligibility to sit assessments.
The training day is structured to mirror a professional working environment. Sessions run to a schedule and attendance is taken.
Schedule may vary slightly by programme and instructor. Confirm your daily timetable at orientation.
Center of Education Pride operates under a professional code of conduct. These standards apply to all students from the first session.
A minimum attendance percentage is required to qualify for final assessments. Absences must be communicated in advance and supported by documentation where applicable.
All sessions start on time. Students are expected to be seated and ready before the session begins. Repeated lateness is recorded and may affect standing.
All students and staff are to be treated with professional respect at all times. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will be addressed formally.
Phones are to be silenced and stored during instruction. Use during sessions is not permitted unless specifically authorised by the instructor.
No alcohol, drugs or prohibited items on campus. No violence or threatening behaviour. Damage to academy property is the student's liability.
Dishonesty in any assessment — copying, cheating, plagiarism — results in immediate disqualification from that assessment and possible dismissal from the programme.
Assessments at Center of Education Pride are designed to reflect the actual performance standards required in the working environment.
Conducted throughout the programme, not only at the end. Cover legal knowledge, procedure, terminology and scenario-based reasoning. Closed-book unless specified otherwise.
Hands-on demonstrations of skills covered in class — patrol techniques, report writing, access control scenarios, communication drills and more. Assessed by the instructor against a defined competency standard.
Students who do not pass a module assessment on first attempt may be offered a supplementary opportunity. This is not automatic — confirm the policy for your specific programme with your instructor.
Students who successfully complete all module assessments receive their qualification. Certificates are issued within a defined period following the final assessment. Processing timelines are confirmed at the time.
Qualifying is the beginning, not the end. Center of Education Pride is invested in where our graduates go next.
Your qualification is issued after successful assessment. Keep it safe — employers will request it and it is needed for PSIRA registration and upgrades.
Guidance on the PSIRA registration process is provided as part of the programme. We assist Grade E graduates in understanding the steps to full registration.
Graduates who wish to advance to higher grades or specialist programmes can return for further training. Career pathway advice is available from our team.
