How to Join

Admissions to Center of Education Pride

Applying to Center of Education Pride is straightforward. Below you will find everything you need to know about the process, intake dates and what to prepare before you submit your application.

The Process

How to apply — step by step

From your first enquiry to your first day of training, here is what to expect.

  1. 1

    Check entry requirements

Before applying, confirm that you meet the requirements for your chosen programme. Requirements vary by course — the Grade E programme has no prior experience requirement, but advanced programmes require an existing security grade and in some cases field experience.

    • Review the entry requirements page for your programme
    • Confirm your ID, age and educational qualifications are in order
    • If unsure, contact admissions — we will advise you on the right starting point
  2. 2

    Submit your enquiry or application

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or using the contact form on our website. Provide your name, the programme you are interested in, and your current location.

    • Enquiries are handled within one business day
    • We will confirm which intake is next available for your chosen programme
    • Application forms are available at our campus or sent on request
  3. 3

    Submit your documents

Once you have received your application form and confirmed your interest in an intake, you will need to submit a certified set of the required documents.

    • Certified copy of South African ID
    • Certified copy of highest educational qualification
    • Proof of PSIRA registration (if applicable to your chosen programme)
    • Two passport-size photographs
    • Any additional documents specified for specialist programmes
  4. 4

    Registration and payment

After your documents have been reviewed and your application confirmed, you will receive a registration confirmation with payment details. Your place in the intake is secured once payment has been received.

    • Payment plans may be available for certain programmes — enquire during the application process
    • A registration fee is required to confirm your place
    • Full programme fees are advised on confirmation of your intake
  5. 5

    Orientation and first day

Registered students receive a welcome communication prior to the first day of training. This covers what to bring, what to wear, the daily schedule and what is expected in terms of conduct and attendance.

    • Attendance from day one is mandatory
    • Professional dress and punctuality are assessed from the first session
    • Training materials are provided — no additional purchases required unless specified
  6. 6

    Assessment and qualification

Throughout your programme you will complete written tests and practical assessments. A final assessment determines qualification. Students who do not pass first time may have access to a supplementary assessment — confirm this with your instructor.

    • Assessments are scheduled throughout the programme, not only at the end
    • Competency in both theory and practical elements is required
    • Certificates are issued on successful completion
